B.A.V.S. are the sole repair agent in Ireland for Sony Centralised Repair product within the manufacturers warranty.

To ensure speed of service we recommend that you complete the on-line form (link below) and note the following points:

Note* Please ensure that you include a photocopy of the original receipt (proof of purchase) to confirm that your product is within the 12 month guarantee period. Please do not send the original as we cannot guarantee that any documentation will be returned.

Note* If you do not include a proof of purchase, we will to treat the repair as chargeable. Please refer to the fixed prices shown on the next page.

Note*The Sony European Guarantee does not cover physical or accidental damage. If your product is found to have failed as a result of physical or accidental damage, a charge will be incurred.
