To Arrange Repair of Your Product

 

1)   Please complete the Repair Request Form.

2)   Return your product to B.A.V.S. at the address below. To ensure that your product arrives without damage, we suggest that you package your product carefully in the original box.  If the original box is not available, please take care to protect your product, preferably in a well padded box, we do not recommend that a product is returned in a padded ‘jiffy’ bag.

3)   Remember to enclose the completed Central Service Repair Request Form with your product.

4)   On receipt of your repair request B.A.V.S. will organise a courier to collect your product.
