The following questions & answers may help with any queries you have before filling out an online repair form.
Q. How long will it take for my repair to be complete?
A. Although your product will be assessed the day it arrives for repair you should allow 5 -7 working days , as repair times are dependant on the manufacturer’s parts availability.
Q. Do you have to take my unit?
A. Generally most products are repaired in our workshop, however depending on the fault description we will endeavour to work out the best route possible to repair your product without causing you inconvenience.
Q. Will I receive a loan set (replacement) whilst my unit is being repaired?
A. A limited number of loan sets are available (32” in size), loan sets are only available for repairs that are within warranty. Request for a loan set must be made at initial repair booking.
Q. How long will it take to receive an estimate? (Chargeable repair)
A. An estimate will normally take 2-3 working days via e-mail and 4-5 days by post. You can contact our call center after 2-3 working days if you wish, where our professional and friendly team will assist you with the engineers report as well as any enquiries you may have.
Q. What is the cost of an estimate?
A. This would depend on the product type and whether your product is collected by us or dropped in to us directly. Please contact us at 01 4018103 for a full list of rates.
Q. Will my product be repaired under warranty?
A. All repairs will be repaired under warranty providing a copy of receipt is supplied and that the faulty unit is within the terms of the manufacturers guarantee.
